What this site stores, why it stores it, and what it never does.
What we store
When you sign in with Microsoft or Discord, we store the account identifiers those services return: your username, avatar, Xbox gamertag and Java username where the account provides them, and an internal account id. Your match profile stores what you enter in settings: edition, game modes, playstyle, language, country, voice preference, favourite servers, and your description. Messages, match requests, group listings, and reports you send are stored so the features work.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third parties
Sign-in runs through Microsoft or Discord under their own terms. Skin images are rendered from Mojang skin textures. Favourite server checks query the public server-status service mcsrvstat.us, and rough server locations come from an IP geolocation lookup. None of these receive your account data beyond what the request itself requires.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your data for advertising, and we do not show ads. Blocking a player hides you from each other entirely. Moderators see reported content when reviewing reports.
Removing your data
Pausing your profile hides it from every queue and listing. Reach the moderators through the about page to request account deletion.
